CtPDF ("CtPDF" "us" or "we") are dedicated to protecting your privacy and handling any personally identifiable information we obtain from you with care and respect. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information, including personally identifiable information that is collected from users of the app CtPDF ("app"). When this Privacy Policy uses the term "personally identifiable information", we mean information that identifies a particular individual, such as the individual's name, address, e-mail, and phone number. Personally identifiable information is also referred to in this Privacy Policy as "personal information". As used in this Privacy Policy, CtPDF includes all of its subsidiary and affiliated entities. Locally Stored Information
The app locally stores information (on the user's device only). This information includes the settings for the app. Since the data stored within the app namespace, when the app is uninstalled this locally stored data is removed as well.
Do Not Track
We currently do not participate in any "Do Not Track" frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of data.
Additional Disclosures Required By Law
We will disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that such disclosures are required by law, including, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena; to enforce our Privacy Policy; to protect your safety or security; and/or, protect the safety and security of our web sites, us, and/or third parties, including the safety and security of property that belongs to us or third parties.
Children's Personal Information
All CtPDF services and websites are not intended for children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should not use them at any time. CtPDF does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, CtPDF will promptly delete such personal information in a secure manner.
Business Transfer
If CtPDF, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that CtPDF goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that would be transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of CtPDF may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we do this, we will post the amended Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy or any future Privacy Policy, do not use (or continue to use) the app.
